1. Direct Back to Back Installation
This type of installation is when the Indoor Unit is located on the inside of an external wall and the Outdoor Unit is located directly behind on the external wall. This install includes 3m of copper pipe run and 15m of electrical conduit back to the electrical switch board. The external motor can then either be placed directly on par blocks on the ground, or can be elevated and placed on brackets.

2. Installation with an Internal Pipe Run
This type of installation is required if the Indoor Unit is not placed on an external wall. This requires the copper pipe to run internally to an exit point where the outdoor unit will be placed.

Larger installation jobs, including offices and schools can require mounting on brackets and undergound pipe work.
